The next-generation three-phase battery management system from ZIGOR manages the battery’s charging and discharging processes and status. It can manage the following functions:
- Black star, powering up a line from scratch
- Network backup
- Peak shaving
- Load displacement
- Other functions required to provide the electrical network with stability
Bidirectional Inverters
Bidirectional inverters manage the battery or storage system’s charging and discharging processes in accordance with the electricity network’s demand level. It can be used to support the network, perform peak shaving or even for demand displacement when it is directly connected to the photovoltaic plant.
Zigor has designed bidirectional inverters adapted to the needs of different electrical installations.
They have been used successfully with lead, lithium and redox batteries as well as flywheel energy storage (FES).
