NOTE: the following situations will cancel the warranty of the product:
- Faults due to improper handling of the product, according to the operating instructions, misuse, negligence, fault of the grid or by storm.
- Damages caused by accident, theft, fire or environmental conditions and natural disasters.
- In case of any intervention and/or repair by a Technical Service not authorized by Zigor.
- The use of equipment or accessories, not sold and/or not installed by ZIGOR Technical Service.
- Environmental Operating Conditions out of range.
- When the repair services are not under warranty and prior to shipment of the damaged material to the client, Zigor will send the corresponding equipment repair report.
- Once Zigor receives the duly completed and accepted equipment repair report, Zigor will manage the expedition to the client.
The submission of an RMA/repair form entails the acceptance of the privacy and data protection policy.
